Garlic Butter Naan Ingredients :
- 2 cups Refined flour
- Salt to Taste
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Oil
- ¾ Cup Milk
- Butter for basting
- a pinch Nigella seeds (Kalonji)
- a little Coriander chopped
To begin making the Garlic Butter Naan, prep all the ingredients and keep them ready
Mix refined flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a bowl. Give the dry ingredients a good stir.
Then pour oil and stir to combine. Gradually add the lukewarm milk and knead it into a soft pliable dough. Asper required you may add more milk than mentioned in the recipe.
Apply little oil on top of the dough. Cover with a damp towel. It needs to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, Now we take small portions of the dough and make round balls. Like this. And once again give it a rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
