Steps For how to make Egg Masala Recipe:
- 6 nos. Boiled eggs
- Oil for shallow frying
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Seed (Jeera)
- 2 nos. Cloves
- 1-inch Cinnamon
- 2 nos. Green Cardamom
- 1 no Bay Leaves
- 2 nos. Medium Size Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 nos. Medium Size Tomato Puree
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1tbsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1tbsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala Powder
- 1 tsp Kasuri Methi
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- Salt to Taste
Fry Boiled Egg
Boil the eggs, peel the shells and keep them aside. Set a kadhai on medium heat, add oil and turmeric powder shallow fry the boiled eggs from all sides until the outer layer is crispy.
Start The Masala Fry
Use the Same shallow frying oil. In the same oil add whole spices and saute it for a minute. Add chopped onion and cook until light golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder, and mix it well. cook for 2-3 minutes.
Cook for a few minutes, add salt to taste, and add little water if the masala gets too dry, mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add water to masala gravy and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes. Add garam masala powder and Kasturi methi (dry fenugreek leaves) and mix it well.
Add the fried eggs to masala gravy and cook further for 3-4 minutes on medium flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve Egg Masala Fry:
