For Chicken Marination Ingredents:
- 500grm Chicken
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Paste
- 5 tbsp Corn Flour
- 3 tbsp Refined flour (Maida)
- 1no Egg
- Salt to taste
For the Souce Ingredents:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2-3 nos Dry Red Chillies
- 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
- 1 medium Chopped Onion
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Paste
- 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- ½ tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Corn flour
Marinating the Lollipop
Wash and clean the chicken lollipop pieces. Add the lollipop pieces to the bowl mix together soy sauce, red chilli paste, vinegar, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, and salt.
Nicely Coat this marinate over the lollipops and keep aside for about 15-20 minutes. After 15-20min add Cornflour, refined flour(Maida) and egg mix it nicely.
Frying the Lollipops
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying the lollipops. Drop the marinated lollipops one by one in hot oil.
Do not move for 2 mins and then keep stirring to give a golden brown colour. When your chicken lollipops are crispy and ready, just take it out of the oil and place it on a paper towel.
Make the Sauce
The cooking will take place quickly on high heat. Heat the Kadai/Pan until very hot. Add oil to the extremely hot pan. Add Dry Red Chillies, Chopped Garlic lightly sauté. Add Chopped Onion and toss it up.
Add Red Chilli Paste, Red Chilli Sauce, Tomato Sauce. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. Add sugar and a dash of water and cook everything together.
Add Vinegar, Dark Soya Sauce. Stir it up and bring it to a nice boil. Add Chopped bulbs of spring onion and green onion to the sauce. Nicely mix everything together.
Now toss the fried chicken lollipops pieces in the sauce. Add cornflour in very little water and add to the mixture. Mix it well, Garnish chopped spring onions and serve hot.
